浅议财务分析在财务管理中的几点运用

经营管理能力在促进企业建设与发展中尤为重要,而财务分析又始终在企业日常经营管理中发挥着的重要作用。它通过各种专门的方法,对各类财务数据资料进行比较、科学准确的分析,使企业管理者得以直观、深入的把握企业未来发展经营情况,获悉企业生产经营状况,合理调整现有经营组织模式,保障未来企业平稳健康地发展。需要注意的是,财务分析必须结合业务实际,服务于业务,并且挖掘业务背后的因素,否则财务分析得出的结果只是浅尝辄止,作用有限。本文笔者谈一谈在财务管理实践中,财务分析的几点方法以及财务分析反映出的问题及解决对策。
