“制造”情感:人机情感的生成逻辑与隐匿性困境 被引量:2

Producing Emotion: A study of Generation Logic and Hidden Predicaments ofHuman-machine Emotion

摘要 依循情感的社会性实践路径,本研究尝试从情感的角度理解人机关系。通过对聊天机器人Replika及延伸形成的虚拟社群进行考察并对用户进行深度访谈发现,人机情感生成逻辑表现为以人类为主体、技术为中介的情感“制造”过程,机器通过对人类外在表征及内在情感要素的模仿形成机器“情感”并唤起人类情感,人类则在由机器建构的情境中与之培养情感关系并随之强化情感。在循环往复的互动中,人类与机器在一定程度上建立起情感联结。但是,此种情感只是人际情感的理想化投射,尚存在着基于技术逻辑、资本逻辑和人机边界产生的隐匿性困境,具体表现为情感的虚幻性、欺骗性与脆弱性。人机情感在当下并未真正实现。 According to the social practice path of emotion,this study tries to understand the human-machine relationship from the perspective of emotion.Through the investigation of chatbot Replika and the online group formed by its extension and the in-depth interview of users,the study finds that the process of human-machine emotion generation is primarily characterized as an emotion"manufacturing"process in which human is the main subject and technology serves as an intermediary.On the machine side,it imitates human external representations and intrinsic emotional elements to form machine"emotion"and evoke human emotion.On the human side,they cultivate emotional relationships with machine in constructed contexts and further strengthen emotion.Under the reciprocating interaction mechanism,emotional connection between human and machine is established to some extent.However,such emotion is merely idealized projections of interpersonal emotion,and there are still hidden dilemmas based on technological logic,commercial logic,and human-machine boundary,which is specifically manifested as the illusion,deception and vulnerability of emotion.Currently,the realization of human-machine emotion has not truly been achieved.
