Research on the Incremental Cost of Green Office Building Technology in Xi'an Area

绿色建筑技术增量成本与效益之间的潜在关系是影响绿色技术在实践落实的关键性要素之一。提出“绿色建筑技术增量系数”概念,以陕西省西安市17个典型绿色办公建筑为例,通过对其技术措施增量成本与绿色建筑评价星级得分的关联分析,从增量效益角度开展星级办公建筑的增量成本效益分析研究,提出适合办公建筑推广的绿色建筑技术措施,为西安地区绿色建筑技术推广提供量化数据支撑,促进办公建筑绿色低碳转型及高质量发展。

The potential relationship between the incremental costs and benefits of green building technologies is one of the key factors affecting the implementation of green technologies in practice.The concept of"incremental coefficient of green building technology"is proposed to take 17 typical green office buildings in Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province as examples,and through the correlation analysis between the incremental cost of their technical measures and the star score of green building evaluation,we carry out the research on the analysis of incremental cost and benefit of star-rated office buildings from the perspective of incremental benefit,and put forward the green building technical measures suitable for office buildings to be promoted.The study proposes green building technology measures suitable for the promotion of office buildings,provides quantitative data support for the promotion of green building technology in Xi'an,and promotes the green and low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of office buildings.
