中国式现代化进程中民族高等教育发展的使命、挑战和路径

The Mission,Challenge and Path of the Development on National Higher Education in the Process of Chinese Path to Modernization

中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会报告提出了“以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴”的重大战略部署。在中国式现代化总方略的指引下,民族高等教育要践行坚持和维护党的领导、坚持以人民为中心发展教育、提供高质量发展的战略支撑、增进文化认同和文化自信的发展使命。同时,民族高等教育也面临着支撑引领民族地区社会经济发展、承担民族文化传承与创新、深化新时代民族团结进步教育的现实困境和发展挑战。对此,要正确处理好人才培养与服务社会、学科布局与创新发展、区域定位与对外开放、政策引领与内生发展的关系,以构建高质量教育体系为抓手,走推进教育现代化、建设教育强国的民族高等教育前进路径。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a major strategic deployment of“comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization”.Under the guidance for the general strategy of Chinese path to modernization,national higher education should practice the development mission of up⁃holding the party’s leadership,adhering to the people centered development on education,providing strategic support for high quali⁃ty development,and enhancing cultural identity and cultural self-confidence.Meanwhile,national higher education also faces with realistic dilemmas and challenges in supporting and leading the socioeconomic development of ethnic regions,undertaking the inheri⁃tance and innovation of national culture,deepening the national unity and progress education in the new era.Therefore,it is neces⁃sary to properly handle the relationship between talent-cultivation and serving society,discipline layout and innovative development,regional localization and opening-up,policy support and endogenous development.We take the construction of a high quality educa⁃tion system as the starting point,and take the route of national higher education to push the modernization of education and build a powerful nation of education.
