基于“儿童友好”理念的幼小衔接家园校共育路径初探

A Preliminary Exploration of the Path of Co-education Between Home,Kindergarten,and School in the Transition From Kindergarten to Primary School Based on the Concept of“Child Friendliness”

摘要 文章首先探讨了幼小衔接的困境与原由,然后基于“儿童友好”理念提出了幼小衔接家园校共育路径:树立科学衔接观念,构建家、园、校三方沟通机制;尊重儿童成长规律,做好“幼小衔接”全面准备;激发儿童内生力量,精准开展大班幼儿衔接教育,以期为幼儿更好地适应小学生活提供有益的支持。 The article first explores the difficulties and reasons for the transition from preschool to primary school,and then proposes a path for Co-education between home,kindergarten,and school based on the concept of“child friendliness”:establishing a scientific concept of transition and constructing a communication mechanism between home,kindergarten,and school;Respecting the laws of children’s growth and making comprehensive preparations for the transition from Kindergarten to primary school;Stimulating the endogenous power of children,accurately carrying out the convergence education for senior-class children,in order to provide beneficial support for preschool children to better adapt to primary school life.
