摘要
新教师培训不仅能使新教师尽快适应教学岗位工作,更能促进新教师的专业成长。文章反思传统输入式新教师培训的不足,提出强化理论学习在先、跟岗指导在后,实践验证贯穿,多维评价引领的以“输出为本”的新教师培训模式。
The training of new teachers can not only help new teachers adapt to teaching posts as soon as possible,but also promote their professional growth.The article reflects on the shortcomings of traditional input-based new teacher training and proposes an“output–oriented”new teacher training mode that emphasizes theoretical learning first,followed by on-the-job guidance,verified by practice throughout training,and guided by multi-dimensional evaluation.
