摘要
实践研究以积极心理学理论为基础,提出“坚毅之星”心理活动,探讨活动对职业本科学生积极心理品质提升的干预效果。研究以某职业院校本科学生为对象,开展为期21天的“坚毅之星”活动。研究发现,参与活动的学生在活动后活力水平显著提高(p<0.001),坚韧品质、平和品质显著提升(p<0.001),并且学生的内生学习动机显著提升(p=0.01)。基于积极心理学理论为基础的“坚毅之星”活动丰富了高校心理健康教育工作的内涵与形式,为高校培育学生积极心理品质工作方法提供参考。
Based on the theory of positive psychology,this paper puts forward the mental activity of“perseverance star”and probes into the intervention effect of activity on the improvement of positive character of vocational undergraduates.The study took undergraduate students of a vocational college as the object,and carried out a 21-day“Perseverance star”activity.The study found that the vitality level of the students participating in the activity was significantly improved(p<0.001),the toughness character and peace character were significantly improved(p<0.001),and the endogenous learning motivation of the students was significantly improved(p=0.01).Based on the theory of positive psychology,“Perseverance Star”activities enrich the connotation and form of mental health education in colleges and universities,and provide reference for the work methods of cultivating students’positive psychological quality.
