大中小学一体化教学践行工匠精神研究

摘要 在大中小学教育教学工作中,工匠精神的培养只局限在德育课程、劳动实践课程以及思想政治课程中如何突破学段边界,以培育复合型人才为导向,将工匠精神培养融入到大中小学一体化教学实践中,已经成为教育工作者亟待解决的问题。基于此,文章针对“工匠精神”在大中小学一体化教学实践中的培养策略进行简要论述,以期为相关教育工作者提供经验借鉴和帮助。 In the education and teaching work of primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit is only limited to the moral education course,the labor practice course,and the ideological and political course.It has become an urgent problem for educators to break through the boundary of academic section and integrate the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit into the integrated teaching practice of primary,secondary,and tertiary schools under the guidance of cultivating compound talents.Based on this,the article briefly discusses the strategies of cultivating"craftsmanship spirit"in the integrated teaching practice of primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,in order to provide experience,reference,and assistance for relevant educators.
