红色基因融入高校日常思政教育工作路径研究

Research on the Path of Integrating the Red Gene Into Daily Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

红色基因是中国共产党在革命实践中实现自我进化,在社会主义建设和改革中实现自我净化的产物,是中国共产党先进思想的结晶,将红色基因融入大学生日常思政教育工作是对习近平总书记“用好红色资源,传承好红色基因,把红色江山世世代代传下去”的号召的落实与探索。文章主要从擦亮思政教师队伍的鲜红底色、用心打造高校课堂上的红色氛围、让红色基因在高校团学活动中接力传承、把红色基因融入大学生党员培养过程中每一个环节等四方面入手探究红色基因的传承,以期为高校日常思政工作的红色教育实践提供有效的方法借鉴。

The red gene is the product of the CPC’s self-evolution in the revolutionary practice and self-purification in the socialist construction and reform.It is the crystallization of the CPC’s advanced ideas.Integrating the red gene into the daily ideological and political education of college students is the implementation and exploration of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s call to“make good use of red resources,inherit the red gene,and pass the red country on from generation to generation”.The article mainly explores the inheritance of the red gene from four aspects:polishing the bright red background of ideological and political teachers,carefully creating a red atmosphere in college classrooms,allowing the red gene to be passed down in youth league activities in colleges and university,and integrating the red gene into every step of the process of cultivating college students as party members.The aim is to provide effective methods and references for the red education practice of daily ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
