摘要
在城市竞争激烈的今天,与关注度高、自带流量的大型城市相比,泰州要想在争夺青年人才的竞争中胜出,必须围绕年轻人的喜好,紧扣年轻人的感受,关注年轻人的需求,全方位发力、多维度推进。文章以泰州超导音乐节为案例分析其成效、做法及启示,提出泰州要打造青年和人才友好型城市,应不断探索运用“新打法”,通过打造“年轻态”城市“人设”、运用“年轻态”传播手段、丰富“年轻态”文化活动、营造“年轻态”产业环境等政策塑造“年轻泰”城市形象。
In today's fiercely competitive,compared with large cities,Taizhou must focus on the preferences,feel⁃ings,and needs of young people to win the competition for attracting young talents through comprehensive ef⁃forts and multi-dimensional advancements.This article analyzes the effectiveness,practices,and insights of the Taizhou Chaodao Music Festival as a case study,and proposes to build a youth and talent friendly city.Taizhou should continuously explore and apply"new strategies"by creating a"young"city image,utilizing"young"com⁃munication methods,enriching"young"cultural activities,and fostering a"young"industrial environment.
