摘要
综述了应用于海水环境中不同结构氮化物涂层的磨蚀性能,探讨了基体材料、制备工艺参数、掺杂元素等对氮化物涂层在海水环境中磨蚀性能的影响,分析了氮化物涂层在海水环境中的磨蚀机理,并对氮化物涂层在海水环境中磨蚀性能的研究方向提出了思考与展望。
The erosion performance of nitride coatings with different structural designs in seawater environment are reviewed.The effects of matrix materials,preparation process parameters and doping elements on erosion performance of nitride coatings in seawater environment are discussed.The wear mechanism of nitride coatings in seawater environment is analyzed,and the research direction on erosion performance of nitride coatings in seawater environment is put forward.
