以“数字亲密”重构信任:技术具身下青年异地恋的媒介实践

Reconstructing Trust through "Digital Intimacy":Technology Embodied Media Practice of Youth in Long Distance Relationships

随着个体成为“技术具身”的赛博人,场景、身体、在场的概念发生了变迁。异地恋群体通过专注、便利、亲密的在线互动,以及双方的联合活动与共享任务,重新实现了“数字亲密”式的交流与传播。在这一过程中,个体与媒介技术进行了“双向驯化”:媒介技术推动异地恋个体重塑自我边界,转变媒介使用惯习;异地恋个体则使技术“为我所用”,体现了物理身体的不可替代,确认了“数字亲密”的真实性。随着个体回归“在场”,异地恋群体克服了由“脱域交往”引发的信任危机,从而重新搭建起安全感与亲密感,建构起以认知型信任为主、情感型信任为辅的人际信任,以及以媒介技术和网络虚拟世界的运作规则为基础的制度信任。

As individuals become "technologically embodied" cyborgs,the concepts of scene,body,and presence are transforming.Long-distance relationship(LDR) groups,through focused,convenient,and intimate online interactions,as well as joint activities and shared tasks,have reestablished communication and dissemination in the form of "digital intimacy." In this process,individuals and media technology undergo "mutual domestication":media technology prompts LDR individuals to reshape their self-boundaries and change their media usage habits;meanwhile,LDR individuals make technology work for them,demonstrating the irreplaceability of the physical body and affirming the authenticity of "digital intimacy." As individuals return to "presence," LDR groups overcome the trust crisis triggered by "dislocated communication," thereby rebuilding a sense of security and intimacy,constructing interpersonal trust that is primarily cognitive and secondarily emotional,as well as institutional trust based on the operational rules of media technology and the online virtual world.
