北冰南移背景下的体育教育与全民健身运动融合发展探究

Research on the Integration and Development of Physical Education and National Fitness Movement under the Background of North-to-SouthIce-Sports

随着中国经济的快速增长,人民生活水平和质量不断提高,人们对体育活动需求也越来越大,而传统意义上的体育运动项目在社会中所占比例逐年下降。由于现代科学技术发展迅速、人口数量急剧增加以及人类生存环境恶化等因素影响,这一局面正在发生改变。在此背景下,新时代的体育事业蓬勃发展起来,由于国家对于全民健身运动的重视程度逐渐加大、国民意识逐步加强等原因,导致群众参与体育运动成为一种趋势和潮流。北冰南移背景下的体育教育与全民健身运动逐渐融合发展,该文对北冰南移进行调查分析后,提出相关建议及对策,要加强基础设施建设、完善教学内容、改革教学方法、积极开展多种形式的体育教育与全民健身活动,并举办各种类型的比赛。

With the rapid economic growth of our countryand the continuous improvement ofpeople's living standards and quality,people's demand for sports activities is also increasing,while the proportion of traditional sports in the society has been decreasing year by year.This situation is changing due to theinfluence of such factors as therapid development of modern science and technology,the sharp increase in population and the deterioration of human living environment.Under this background,the new eraof sports has flourished,and at the same time,due to the gradual increase in national attention to the national fitness movement andthe gradual enhancement of national awareness and other reasons,resulting inmass participation in sports has become a trend and fashion.Physical education and national fitness underthe background of the North-to-South Ice-Sports Strategy gradually integrated and developed.After the investigation and analysis of the southward movement of the north ice,this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions and countermeasures,we should strengthen infrastructure construction,improve teaching contents,reform teaching methods,actively carry out various forms of physical education and national fitness activities,and organize various types of competitions.
