体育游戏在体育教学的运用分析

Analysis of the Application of Sports Games in Physical Education Teaching

体育游戏是将体育元素融入游戏中,通过游戏的方式让学生完成适量的身体活动,发展学生身心健康的一种体育教学方法。从科学的学生观来看,体育游戏符合学生身心成长的阶段特点,对学生有多方面的好处。与传统体育教学相比,体育游戏的运用能有效提高学生对体育教学的兴趣与积极性,是提高体育教学质量的有效途径之一。该文围绕体育游戏展开探讨,研究发现体育游戏能在体育教学中的新课导入环节、热身环节、教学环节、练习环节、竞赛环节中运用,运用范围基本覆盖整个教学过程,在运用过程中应注意游戏的安全性、游戏内容与教学相联系、游戏组织科学合理、教育性与趣味性结合以及游戏难度的调整等几个方面,旨在为相关教学工作提供借鉴与参考,以期提高中国基层体育教育的质量。

Sports games are a method of physical education teachingintegrating sports elements into the games,and allows students to develop their physical and mental health.From the scientific viewpointof students,sports gamesarein line with the characteristics of students'physical and mental growth stages,and have many benefits for students.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching,the application of sports games can effectively improve the students'interest and enthusiasm in physical education teaching,which is one of the effective ways to improve the quality of physical education teaching.This paper discusses around the sports game,and the study findsthat the sports games can be used in the introduction of new lessons,warm-upsessions,teachingsessions,practicesessionsand competitions in physical education,and thescopeof application basically covers the entire teaching process,andattention should be paid to the safety of the game,the game content and teachingof the connection between the games,the gameis organized scientificallyand reasonably,the combination ofeducational and fun,and the adjustmentof the difficulty of the game and so on.This paper aims to provide reference for the relevant teaching work,in order to improve the quality of the grassroots physical education in China.
