开放经济下研发资本对中国绿色全要素生产率的溢出渠道检验

摘要 于开放经济体而言,技术进步不仅来自内部自主创新,也来自国内资源与全球市场融通过程中吸纳的国际知识溢出效应。本文立足宏观视角,着眼于国际贸易、外商投资、信息通信、专利引用与人才流动渠道,选择研发资本占OECD国家份额超80%的G7国家测度国外研发资本存量,基于我国30个省份2009~2020年数据,研究国外研发资本对中国技术进步的溢出效应。结果表明,自主研发和信息通信渠道显著促进了我国绿色全要素生产率的提升;国际贸易、外商投资、专利引用、人才流动渠道的溢出效应存在显著的地区异质性。 For open economies,technological progress comes not only from internal independent innovation,but also from the international knowledge spillover effect absorbed in the process of integrating domestic resources with the global market.From a macro perspective,this paper focuses on the channels of international trade,foreign investment,information and communication,patent citation and talent flow,selects G7 countries whose R&D capital accounts for more than 80%of OECD countries as the source countries of knowledge spillover,and measures the foreign R&D capital stock.Using the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2020,this paper studies the spillover effect of foreign R&D capital on China's technological progress.The results show that independent R&D and information and communication channels have significantly promoted China's green TFP,and the spillover effects of international trade,foreign investment,patent citation and talent flow channels have significant regional heterogeneity.
