基于STM32的SWISS整流器研究与设计

摘要 SWISS整流器具有输出功率高、输出电压可调、易高频化等特点,十分适合用于电动汽车大功率充电、数据中心、通信基站等大功率变换场合。文中提出一种采用STM32F334单片机控制的SWISS整流器设计方案,利用电压电流PI双闭环控制策略实现对输出电压的精确控制,并进行控制算法的设计,实现系统功率因数校正的功能。设计SWISS整流器的硬件电路方案,并给出元件参数计算及选型方法。制作400 V/1 000 W样机对所提出的方案进行实验验证。结果表明:系统功率因数在额定功率下可达0.998,转换效率可达97.37%,并具有较快的响应速度;在半载满载切换时,动态调节时间小于70 ms,且电压超调量最大为10%。验证了所提方案的可行性。 SWISS rectifier has the characteristics of high output power,adjustable output voltage,easy high-frequency,etc.,which is very suitable for high-power conversion occasions such as high-power charging of electric vehicles,data centers,communication base stations,etc.A design scheme of SWISS rectifier controlled by STM32F334 single chip microcomputer is proposed.The voltage and current PI double closed-loop control strategy is used to achieve accurate control of output voltage,and the control algorithm is designed to realize the function of power factor correction.The hardware circuit scheme of SWISS rectifier is designed,and the method of component parameter calculation and selection is given.A 400 V/1000 W prototype is made to verify the proposed scheme.The results show that the power factor of the system can reach 0.998 at rated power,the conversion efficiency can reach 97.37%,and the system has a fast response speed.The dynamic adjustment time is less than 70 ms and the voltage overshot is up to 10%at half-load full load.The feasibility of this scheme is verified.
