摘要
高校实验人员水平直接关系到实验室的发展,对实验队伍职业发展具有重要影响。当前的岗前培训能够提升一定的知识与技能,但整体缺乏系统性与知识、技能的共享与传递,限制了实验室整体水平提升。提出了构建岗前培训共同体建设的概念,实践岗前培训共同体建设发展、协同合作和互利共赢,有效推动实验队伍的创新发展,促进实验队伍成员之间的相互学习、相互支持相互成长,提升实验室队伍整体素质和能力,为一流学科建设提供支撑。
The level of the laboratory personnel in the university is directly related to the development of the laboratory.The current pre-job training can increase certain knowledge and skills,but the overall lack of systematicness and the sharing and transmission of knowledge and skills,which limits the overall improvement of the laboratory.Therefore,this paper suggests the concept of building a pre-job training community to realize the common development,collaboration and mutual benefit of the pre-job training community construction,effectively promote the innovative development of the laboratory team,and also the mutual learning,support and growth among laboratory team members,which improves the overall quality and ability of the laboratory team and provides support for the construction of first-tier disciplines.
