The pan teacher′s ethics phenomenon is inevitable,natural and rational.It is therefore a reasonable choice of guiding and correcting the phenomenon by the construction of teacher′s professional ethics.The pan teacher′s ethics phenomenon includes three manifestations:taking private morality,public morality and illegal events as teacher′s ethics.The mechanism of this phenomenon is driven by the refraction effect,the ripple effect and the osmosis effect.In the new era,there are three ways ahead to correct the pan teacher′s ethics phenomenon in the construction of teacher′s professional ethics:shaping teacher′s professional moral personality to enhance the core influence of teacher′s ethics;training teacher′s professional moral conduct so as to enhance the radiation power of teacher′s virtue;cultivating teacher′s professional moral culture to lift the cultural acculturation of teacher′s ethics.
