摘要
在系泊锚链外表面模拟点蚀损伤,建立系泊锚链点蚀损伤模型,并对点蚀损伤下的锚链极限强度进行评估,分析锚链的极限强度演变规律。数值计算结果表明,锚链极限强度随着点蚀程度的加剧逐渐下降,在同等腐蚀体积损失率下,点蚀损伤对极限强度的影响远大于均匀腐蚀损伤。结合不同损伤形式下的腐蚀体积损失率,建立了点蚀损伤与均匀腐蚀的等效关系。研究结果可为系泊锚链极限强度的快速评估提供参考。
A pitting corrosion damage model was created to simulate pitting corrosion damage on the outer surface of the mooring anchor chain,which is applied to evaluate the ultimate strength of the anchor chain under pitting corrosion damage and analyze the evolution law of the chain's ultimate strength.According to finite element numerical calculation results,the ultimate strength of the anchor chain gradually declines as the degree of pitting corrosion increases.At the same rate of corrosion volume loss,the impact of pitting corrosion damage on ultimate strength is far greater than that of uniform corrosion damage.An equivalent relationship between pitting corrosion damage and uniform corrosion is established based on the corrosion volume loss rate under different damage forms.The research results provide a reference for the quick evaluation of the ultimate strength of mooring anchor chains.
