摘要
针对苏州阳澄湖大酒店项目大跨度钢结构连廊施工技术难题,研究并采用地面整体拼装方案,利用液压同步提升技术,将廊桥提升至设计高度再滑移就位,并通过24个铅芯橡胶隔震支座,放置于两侧高层框架结构劲性混凝土立柱上.为保证大跨度空中连廊吊装及就位过程中结构安全、控制施工安装精度、确保连廊就位后荷载能按照设计要求传递到两侧主楼牛腿上,对连廊施工过程进行了数值仿真研究及全过程监测.通过数值仿真、实时监测,全面掌握连廊提升及安装过程中结构受力状态,可为施工方案调整、保障结构安全和施工质量控制提供有力支撑.
In view of technical problems in the construction of long-span steel structure corridor of Suzhou Yangcheng Lake Hotel project,the overall assembly on the ground method is studied and adopted.The corridor bridge is lifted to the design height and then slides into place by using hydraulic synchronous lifting technology.It is placed on the rigid concrete columns of high-rise frame structure on both sides through 24 lead rubber isolation bearings.In order to ensure structural safety during the hoisting and positioning of the long-span corridor,control the construction and installation accuracy,and ensure that the load can be transferred to the corbel of the main building on both sides after the corridor is in place,the whole process of corridor construction is studied by numerical simulation and is monitored.Through numerical simulation and real-time monitoring,the stress state of the structure in the process of corridor lifting and installation can be fully grasped,which can provide strong support for the construction scheme adjustment,structural safety and construction quality control.
