Progress in Metabolomics Study of Dermatomyositis-associated Interstitial Lung Disease

皮肌炎(DM)是一种特发性炎症性肌病,主要影响皮肤和肌肉,可累及多器官、系统,以肺部受累最为常见,其中以肺间质病变(ILD)最为多见。目前,DM合并ILD(DM-ILD)的发病机制尚未明确,其早期诊治存在困难。代谢组学是一种新的系统生物学方法,它可以全面评估代谢物及其在疾病中的生物学意义。近年代谢组学在临床疾病研究中广泛应用,为疾病研究提供了新的途径。未来深入研究DM-ILD代谢组学将为探索DM-ILD发病机制、潜在诊断生物标志物、治疗方案提供新的方向。

Dermatomyositis(DM)is an idiopathic inflammatory myopathy that mainly affects the skin and muscles,and can affect multiple organs and systems,with the most common involvement of the lungs,and pulmonary interstitial lung disease(ILD)is the most common.At present,the pathogenesis of DM-associated ILD(DM-ILD)has not been clarified,and its early diagnosis and treatment is difficult.Metabolomics is a new systemic biology approach that comprehensively evaluates metabolites and their biological significance in diseases.In recent years,metabolomics has been widely used in clinical disease research,providing a new approach for disease research.In the future,an in-depth research on DM-ILD metabolomics will provide a new direction for exploring the pathogenesis,potential diagnostic biomarkers,and treatment plans of DM-ILD.
