小儿肝病包括多种类型,如慢性乙型和丙型病毒性肝炎、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎、胆管闭锁和自身免疫性肝炎等,多数慢性肝病可引发肝内纤维组织进行性沉积,最终导致肝纤维化、肝硬化、门静脉高压和肝功能不全。在临床实践中,超声弹性成像作为一种新型无创、实时、可重复的定量检查技术可评估各种肝病患者肝纤维化与肝脂肪变性的严重程度、判断患者预后,指导临床治疗方案的制订。全面了解超声弹性成像在儿童肝脏疾病中的作用,可以为疾病的治疗提供可靠依据。

Pediatric liver diseases include various types,such as chronic hepatitis B and C,nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,biliary atresia,and autoimmune hepatitis.Most chronic liver diseases can cause progressive deposition of fibrous tissue in the liver,ultimately leading to liver fibrosis,cirrhosis,portal hypertension,and liver dysfunction.In clinical practice,ultrasound elastography,as a new non-invasive,real-time,and repeatable quantitative examination technique,can evaluate the severity of liver fibrosis and hepatic steatosis in patients with various liver diseases,to judge prognosis and guide the treatment plans.A comprehensive understanding of the role of ultrasound elastography in pediatric liver diseases can provide a reliable basis for the treatment.
