Early childhood is an important stage of human growth.Early childhood education will lay the foundation for future education,and sound early childhood education is very important for everyone.With the continuous development of domestic economy,an increasing number of preschool children are sent to kindergartens for education.Thus,many kindergarten construction projects are being implemented every year.The analysis of investment decisions is an important link in the early planning stage of project construction,which is of great significance for the successful progress and implementation of the project.Based on the kindergarten construction project of Block I12-03 in Community 103 of Lingang Section of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone,the investment decision-making points for the project in the early stage are analyzed,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
