临夏地区装配式农房推广和应用现状的分析与研究

Analysis and Research on the Promotion and Application Status of Prefabricated Rural Houses in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture

装配式农房因其在安全、节能、建造过程上的显著优势,将在今后作为一种新型的建造方式在临夏地区的农房修建过程中大力推广和广泛应用,通过实地走访和调研临夏地区农房修建现状,发现临夏地区装配式农房占比低,农民对装配式建造方式不了解,认可度不高。文章分析了临夏地区装配式农房推广不利和应用现状差的主要原因,并提出了相应的建议和意见。

Prefabricated rural houses will be widely promoted and applied as a new method in the construction of rural houses in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture in the future,due to its excellent advantages in safety,energy conservation and easy construction.Through on-site visits and research on the construction status of farmhouses in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,it was found that there was a small proportion of prefabricated rural houses,and farmers had insufficient awareness and recognition of prefabricated construction.This thesis analyzed the major causes for the promotion shortcomings and application status of prefabricated rural houses in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,and provided corresponding solutions and countermeasures.
