益生菌联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Probiotics Combined with Insulin Detemide in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探讨益生菌联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的效果。方法 将2021年1月至2023年1月本院收治的90例GDM患者分为两组。对照组采用地特胰岛素治疗,观察组采用益生菌联合地特胰岛素治疗。比较两组的血糖指标、胰岛功能及不良妊娠结局。结果 治疗后,观察组HbA1c、 FPG、 2hPG、 HOMA-IR低于对照组,HOMA-β、 ISI高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 益生菌联合地特胰岛素治疗可降低GDM患者的血糖水平,改善其胰岛功能,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of probiotics combined with insulin detemide in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 90 GDM patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with insulin detemide,and the observation group was treated with probiotics combined with insulin detemide.The blood glucose indicators,islet function and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the HbA1c,FPG,2hPG and HOMA-IR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the HOMA-β and ISI were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Probiotics combined with insulin detemide can reduce the blood glucose level,improve the islet function and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in GDM patients.
