丹红注射液联合丁苯酞注射液治疗对急性脑梗死神经功能及炎性因子水平的影响

Impact of Danhong Injection Combined with Butylphthalide Injection on Neurological Function and Inflammatory Factor Levels in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的 探讨丹红注射液联合丁苯酞注射液治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法 将100例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组各50例。对照组采用丁苯酞注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用丁苯酞注射液治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d。比较两组的神经功能、炎性因子水平及不良反应。结果 治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分及TNF-α、 hs-CRP、 IL-6水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率(10.00%vs. 16.00%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 丹红注射液联合丁苯酞注射液治疗可显著改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能损伤,减轻机体炎性反应,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the impact of Danhong injection combined with butylphthalide injection on neurological function and inflammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the two groups equally.The control group was treated with butylphthalide injection,and the observation group was treated with Danhong injection combined with butylphthalide injection.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The neurological function,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score,and the TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(10.00%vs.16.00%)between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions Danhong injection combined with butylphthalide injection can significantly improve the neurological function injury of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
