急性脑梗死患者发生认知功能障碍的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Cognitive Dysfunction in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的分析急性脑梗死(ACI)患者发生认知功能障碍的相关影响因素。方法回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年12月我院收治的118例ACI患者的临床资料,统计患者认知功能障碍发生情况,采用单因素和多因素分析找出影响患者发生认知功能障碍的危险因素。结果118例ACI患者认知功能障碍发生率为38.98%(46/118);经单因素和Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥70岁、文化程度初中及以下、合并糖尿病、有脑血管疾病史、NIHSS评分≥15分、脑梗死位置在左半球是导致ACI患者发生认知功能障碍的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论ACI患者认知功能障碍的发生与其年龄≥70岁、文化程度初中及以下、合并糖尿病、有脑血管疾病史、NIHSS评分≥15分、脑梗死位置在左半球等因素有关。

Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of cognitive dysfunction in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods The clinical data of 118 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The incidence of cognitive dysfunction was counted.Univariate and multivariate analysis was used to find out the risk factors affecting the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction in ACI patients.Results The incidence of cognitive dysfunction in 118 ACI patients was 38.98%(46/118);Univariate and Logistic regression analysis results showed that age≥70 years old,education level of junior high school and below,diabetes mellitus,history of cerebrovascular disease,NIHSS score≥15 points,and location of cerebral infarction in the left hemisphere were the risk factors affecting the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction in ACI patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Cognitive dysfunction in ACI patients is related to the factors such as age≥70 years,educational level of junior high school and below,diabetes mellitus,history of cerebrovascular disease,NIHSS score≥15 points,and location of cerebral infarction in the left hemisphere.
