Study on Campus Renewal Strategies for Fenglin Campus of Fudan University

文章以复旦大学枫林校区校园更新项目为研究对象,针对这个位于城市中心区的高密度校园的痛点,详细解读本项目实施过程中的制约因素,制定科学的改造目标,提出精准对症的更新策略。通过对实施步骤的周密规划,保证改造过程有条不紊,有序落地。最终,在不影响正常教学、生活的前提下,优化校园功能布局,改善校园空间结构,充分满足空间需求,整合校园建筑风貌,提升校园景观,以期为高校可持续更新项目提供策略与参考。

This paper takes the campus renewal project of Fenglin Campus of Fudan University as the research object.Aiming at the pain points of this high-density campus located in the urban central area,the paper interprets the restrictive factors in the implementation of this campus renewal project in detail,makes scientific renewal goals and accurately proposes a set of accurate renewal strategies.Through the careful planning of the implementation steps,the renewal process is conducted in an orderly way.Finally,under the premise of normal teaching,life,work,and other activities,this project is carried out and optimizes the functional layout of the campus,improves the spatial structure of the campus to fully meet the spatial requirements,integrates the architectural style of the campus,and enhances the campus landscape as well.It is hoped that this paper can provide strategies and references for the sustainable renewal projects in colleges and universities.
