城郊型传统村落的保护与发展——以马桥镇彭渡村为例

The Protection and Development of Suburban Traditional Villages:A Case of Pengdu Village in Maqiao Town

随着城市更新的不断发展推进,我国城市化发展已经进入了成熟期,不难发现,那些邻近大城市周边的传统村落正因此而面临着自身保护发展与大城市社会、文化、经济等多个因素的放射性影响下所产生的对弈。文章以上海市闵行区马桥镇彭渡村为研究对象,从村落所在乡镇的区域规划与定位入手,通过对村落内含的历史、文化等影响因素进行梳理分析,基于有机更新理论的指导,提出凸显文化特色、加强积极区域链接、提升人居环境等一系列优化措施,期望可以重新焕发彭渡村的生机与活力,同时也为其他城郊型传统村落的更新发展提供有利的借鉴。

With the continuous promotion of urban renewal,the development of urbanization in China has reached a mature stage.It is not difficult to find that the traditional villages around the big cities are facing the game between their own protection and development and the social,cultural and economic influence of the big cities.Taking Pengdu Village in Maqiao Town,Shanghai as the research object,this paper starts with the regional planning and orientation of the villages and towns,and analyzes the historical,cultural and other influencing factors contained in the village.Based on the guidance of organic theory,the paper puts forward some optimization measures,such as highlighting cultural characteristics,strengthening positive links,and improving the living environment,in order to reinvigorate the vitality of Pengdu village.It can also provide a reference for the renewal and development of other suburban traditional villages.
