摘要
为解决箱涵顶进施工中前进方向偏移的问题,文章依托淮北煤化工基地淮新路下穿青芦铁路立交桥工程,通过对箱涵顶进下穿铁路立交工程实践的总结,阐述了长大箱涵下穿铁路立交顶进施工纠偏技术,该技术能有效减少箱涵顶进时出现的偏移现象,降低工程误差。工程实际应用表明,该施工技术能够有效提高箱涵施工的安全性和准确性,可为类似工程提供重要参考和依据。
In order to solve the problem of deviation in the jacking construction of box culverts,this paper,relying on Huaixin Road crossing Qinglu Railway Overpass Project in Huaibei Coal Chemical Industry Base,summarizes the practice of jacking construction of box culverts under railway overpass,and expounds the deviation correction technology of jacking construction of long box culverts under railway overpass.This technology can effectively reduce the deviation phenomenon during jacking of box culverts,and reduce the engineering error.The practical application shows that this construction technology can effectively improve the construction safety and accuracy of box culverts,and provide an important reference and basis for similar projects.
