灯盏生脉胶囊配合美托洛尔治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者心室重构的影响

Effects of Dengzhan Shengmai capsule combined with metoprolol on ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨灯盏生脉胶囊配合美托洛尔(Metoprolol,MP)治疗慢性心力衰竭(Chronic heart failure,CHF)患者心室重构的影响.方法:选取2019年1月至2022年12月期间在本院治疗的82例CHF患者作为研究对象,利用简单随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,各41例,对照组患者使用MP治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合灯盏生脉胶囊治疗,两组均持续治疗2 m.比较两组患者临床疗效、静息时心室率、室性期前收缩次数、6 min步行距离及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组左室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fractions,LVEF)明显较对照组高,静息时心室率、左室舒张末期容积(Left Ventricular End Diastolic Volume,LVEDV)与左室收缩末期容积(Left Ventricular End Systolic Volume,LVESV)均明显较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组室性期前收缩次数明显较对照组少,6 min步行距离明显较对照组远(P<0.05);两组患者发生窦性心动过缓、恶心呕吐等不良反应情况无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:灯盏生脉胶囊配合MP治疗可显著改善CHF患者心室重构与心功能,且安全性高.

Objective:To explore the effects of Dengzhan Shengmai capsule combined with metoprolol(MP)on ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:A total of 82 patients with CHF treated in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January 2019 and December 2022.According to simple random grouping method,they were divided into observation group and control group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with MP,while observation group was treated with Dengzhan Shengmai capsules and MP for 2 months.The clinical curative effect,resting ventricular rate,times of ventricular premature contraction,6 min walking distance and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,total response rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,while resting ventricular rate,left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV)and left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The times of ventricular premature contraction in observation group were significantly fewer than those in control group,and 6min walking distance was significantly farther than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions(sinus bradycardia,nausea and vomiting)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dengzhan Shengmai capsule combined with MP can significantly improve ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in CHF patients,with high safety.
