摘要
迄今,国内已发表的离子色谱法测定碘的文章不多,其检测限为5ppb。本文使用Dionex-2020i型离子色谱仪,AS柱、电化学检测器,利用I~-在银电极表面沉淀反应来实现检测。 对施加电位、淋洗液浓度及溶液pH值等作了一些实验,选用最佳条件,使I~-的测定可低达0.25ppb。
A new method is proposed for the determination of iodine in water by ion chromatography. The peak height is directly proportional to the concentration of iodine in the range of 0-1 ppm. The detection limit is 0.25ppb. Some factors affecting the separation and the sensitivity of the method are discussed. It has been used to determine microamounts of I" and IO3-in environmental water with satisfactory results.
