摘要 硼对植物开花结果有密切关系,饮用矿泉水中含有适量硼对人健康有益。硼的荧光法已有过报道,多数方法用浓硫酸脱水显色或萃取法。 姜黄素和硼显色是常用的光度法。本文建议测量姜黄素和硼产生的荧光强度,用560nm射线激发. The optimum conditions of fluorimetric determination of boron have been established. The exitation and emission wave lengths were found to be 560 nm and 600 nm, respectively. There was a linear relationship in the range of 0.01-0.2μg/5 ml of boron. The recoveries were 98-120%. Satisfactory results were obtained for mineral water and soil extracts.
