地质标准物质中痕量元素的分析定值应重视的几个问题

Some Problems on Analysis and Cirtification of Traco Element in Geological Reference Materials

地质标准物质(GRN)中痕量元素的测试定值在国际上已有二十多年的历史,国内则起步于七十年代后期。尽管已经取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但尚有许多问题值得探讨。本文以提高标准物质定值的准确度为目的,就痕量元素的分析定值中的几个问题略陈管见,以期得到同行的批评赐教。

In order te raise the accuracy of cirtified value of trace eiement in GRM the following few questions are particularly important.1. The blank value should be less than 10% of the analytical level ane be constant.2. The methods used for testing homogeneity of GRM should be precise.3. The analytical methed should be accurate and reliable. The distribution of analytical errors should be investigated.These problems about analysis and cirtification of trace element in GRM were discussed in this paper.
