商业银行服务科创企业全生命周期的创新实践及思考

科技创新已成为我国带动经济转型升级,增强经济活力和竞争力的重要力量。为此,科技金融在中央金融工作会议中被列为做好金融服务“五篇大文章”之首篇,科技金融的提出,既体现出党中央对科技工作一贯的高度重视,更是赋予了商业银行服务科技创新企业的历史新使命。商业银行应积极响应国家及监管部门的要求,通过一系列配套的政策制度、金融业务、金融产品和金融服务并以企业全生命周期的视野来支持科创企业发展与壮大。

Scientific and technological innovation has become an important force in driving economic transformation and upgrading,and increasing economic vitality and competitiveness in China.That's why science and technology finance was the first of the"five major tasks"of financial services listed in the Central Financial Work Conference.The proposal of science and technology finance not only reflects the high importance that the CPC Central Committee has always attached to science and technology,but also gives commercial banks a new historical mission of serving tech firms.Commercial banks should actively meet to the requirements of the central government and regulators and support the growth and thriving of tech firms through a series of supporting policies and systems,and financial products services covering their full life cycle.
