Objective:To investigate the effect of oxycodone hydrochloride on pain and serum cellular immune factors in patients with humeral fracture surgery. Methods:A total of 73 patients who underwent humeral fracture surgery in our hospital from April 2020 to January 2022 were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into experimental group(n=38)and control group(n=35)according to different medication regimens. The control group was given flurbiprofen axetil, and the experimental group was given oxycodone hydrochloride preemptive analgesia. The levels of inflammatory factors, immune function and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results:The levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin peripheral blood of the two groups at 24 h after operation were lower than those before operation, and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).CD8+in peripheral blood of the two groups at 24 h after operation was lower than that of the control group, and CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8+were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS pain scores of the experimental group at 2,4,6 and 12 h after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of oxycodone hydrochloride preemptive analgesia in the treatment of orthopedic humeral fracture surgery can effectively relieve postoperative pain and improve the immune function of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
