哮喘患儿药物治疗期间童趣化心理干预的效果

Effect of Childlike Interest Psychological Intervention During Drug Treatment in Children with Asthma

目的:探讨童趣化心理干预模式在儿童哮喘药物治疗期间的效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月本院收治的86例哮喘患儿,采用随机数字表法分为A组(n=43)和B组(n=43)。两组采用布地奈德治疗,在此基础上,A组给予常规护理干预,B组给予童趣化心理干预模式。比较两组治疗依从性、情绪[儿童情绪障碍筛查量表(SCARED)]、哮喘控制[儿童哮喘控制测试(C-ACT)]、肺功能[第1秒呼气的最大容积(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEFR)、用力肺活量(FVC)]、家属满意度[纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)]。结果:干预后,B组治疗依从性改善幅度大于A组(P<0.05);B组分离性焦虑、广泛性焦虑、社交恐惧、躯体性惊恐、学校恐惧评分低于A组(P<0.05);B组哮喘控制率大于A组(P<0.05);B组FEV1、PEFR、FVC水平升高幅度大于A组(P<0.05);B组家属满意度高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童哮喘药物治疗期间,童趣化心理干预模式能增强患儿肺功能,提高哮喘控制率、治疗依从性,改善患儿情绪,从而提高家属满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of childlike interest psychological intervention model in children with asthma during drug treatment.Methods:A total of 86 children with asthma admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into group A(n=43)and group B(n=43)using a random number table method.Both groups were treated with budesonide,andon this basis,group A received conventional nursing intervention,while group B received a childlike interest psychological intervention mode.The compliance,mood[The Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)],asthma control[Childhood Asthma Control Test(C-ACT)],lung function[first second exhaled volume(FEV1),peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR),forced vital capacity(FVC)],and family satisfaction[Newcastle Nursing Satisfaction Scale(NSNS)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the improvement in treatment compliance in group B was greater than that in group A(P<0.05);the scores of dissociative anxiety,generalized anxiety,social phobia,somatic panic,and school fear in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05);the asthma control rate in group B was greater than that in group A(P<0.05);the increase in FEV1,PEFR,and FVC levels in group B was greater than that in group A(P<0.05);and the satisfaction of family members in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of children's asthma with medication,the childlike interest psychological intervention mode can enhance the lung function of children,improve asthma control rate and treatment compliance,improve children's mood,and thus increase family satisfaction.
