摘要
《医林改错》是王清任躬身临床四十二载,集实践、临床经验与医学理论的唯一传世之书,其活血理论对后世有着深远的意义。肝衰竭是一个高发病率的疾病,现代医学尚无特效药及其他有效手段,中医药治疗肝衰竭疗效确切。肝衰竭病因病机多样,而以瘀为重点,故肝衰竭应从瘀论治,注重活血化瘀。本文基于《医林改错》活血的思想探讨肝衰竭的病因病机和治疗,以期为临床诊治肝衰竭提供新的思路。
Yilin Gaicuo is the only handed down book of Wang Qingren's 42 years of clinical practice,clinical experience and medical theory.Liver failure is a disease with high incidence.There is no specific medicine and other effective means in modern medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating liver failure.The etiology and pathogenesis of liver failure are diverse,with emphasis on blood stasis.Therefore,liver failure should be treated from blood stasis,focusing on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Based on the idea of promoting blood circulation,this paper discusses the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of liver failure,in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver failure.
