摘要
目的:探讨知信行健康教育模式在卡马西平治疗卒中后癫痫(EAS)发作患者中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2022年10月—2023年5月收治的96例卡马西平治疗EAS发作患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。所有患者采取卡马西平治疗,对照组治疗期间采取常规护理,观察组治疗期间采取知信行健康教育模式。比较两组心理状态、自我管理能力、服药依从性及生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,自我管理能力测定量表(ESCA)、健康调查问卷(SF-36)评分、服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:知信行健康教育模式能改善卒中癫痫发作患者心理状态与自我管理能力,提高服药依从性和生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of knowledge-attitude-practice health education model in patients with epilepsy after stroke(EAS)treated with carbamazepine.Methods:A total of 96 patients with EAS attack treated with carbamazepine in our department from October 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.All patients were treated with carbamazepine.The control group received routine nursing during the treatment period,and the observation group received knowledge-attitude-practice health education model during the treatment period.The psychological status,self-management ability,medication compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and selfrating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Exercise of Self-care Ability Scale(ESCA),the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)and medication compliance were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The knowledge-attitude-practice health education model can improve the psychological state and self-management ability of patients with stroke seizures,improve medication compliance and quality of life.
