运动疗法对妊娠糖尿病的临床价值

Clinical value of exercise therapy in gestational diabetes mellitus

目的 探讨运动疗法对妊娠糖尿病的临床价值,为妊娠糖尿病的临床治疗提供参考。方法 回顾性选取2022年1—12月滕州市中心人民医院收治的妊娠糖尿病患者120例作为研究对象,根据就医顺序分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组实施常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施运动疗法。比较两组血糖水平、妊娠不良结局发生率、新生儿不良结局发生率及分娩后不良转归发生率。结果 观察组FBG、2h PBG、Hb A1c水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠不良结局发生率为11.67%,低于对照组的28.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05)。观察组新生儿不良结局发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.500,P<0.05)。观察组产妇分娩后不良转归发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病中应用能有效降低血糖水平,改善产妇妊娠结局、新生儿结局及产妇分娩后转归,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of exercise therapy in gestational diabetes mellitus and provide reference for the clinical treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 120 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January to December2022 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects.According to the order of medical treatment,they were divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received exercise therapy on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels,incidence of pregnancy adverse outcomes,incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes and incidence of adverse outcomes after delivery between two groups were compared.Results The levels of FBG,2hPBG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The incidence of pregnancy adverse outcomes in the observation group was 11.67%,which was lower than that in the control group with 28.33%,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=5.208,P <0.05).The incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than that in the control group with 30.00%,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=7.500,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes after delivery in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group with 16.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of exercise therapy in gestational diabetes mellitus could effectively reduce the level of blood sugar,improve the outcome of pregnancy,neonatal outcomes and maternal outcomes after delivery,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
