摘要
对武钢6号高炉热风炉绿色低碳改造设计特点进行了阐述。针对6号高炉第一代炉役生产中,热风炉送风温度低、吨铁煤气消耗量大、烟气排放不满足超低排放要求等问题,大修时对热风炉进行了绿色低碳改造设计,采用了一系列提高风温、降低煤气消耗的技术,同时增加烟气脱硫末端治理系统,全面提升了热风炉系统的工艺设备能力和现代化、绿色化水平。投产后,单烧高炉煤气条件下风温达到1220℃,吨铁煤气消耗量大幅度下降,低于450m^(3)/t。
It is introduced the green and low-carbon design features of the revamped hot stove of WISCO No.6 BF.In its operation during the first generation campaign,the furnace suffered the problems,such as low blast temperature,high gas consumption per ton of hot metal,and higher concentration of waste gas in the emitted gas than that required by the ultra-low emission policy.So,in the revamping of the hot stove system,transformation for increasing hot blast temperature and reducing gas consumption is made in the design,and an off-gas desulphurization system is installed.The transformation design comprehensively enhances the technological equipment capacity of the stove system,and promotes the equipment modernization and green development.After commissioning of the revamped stove,the hot blast temperature reaches 1220℃while fueled by BFG only,and the gas consumption per ton of hot metal is greatly reduced to less than 450 m^(3)/t.
