气悬浮离心压缩机IPLV测试与研究

Research and test of IPLV in air-bearing centrifugal compressor

摘要 本文通过对气悬浮离心压缩机综合部分负荷性能系数IPLV的测试与分析,旨在评估其在不同负荷条件下的能效表现。研究采用JB/T 12843-2016标准的测试方法,通过各测试工况测得的实验数据,得出压缩机在不同负荷下的性能系数,其综合部分负荷性能系数IPLV可达到8.60 kW/kW。结果表明,气悬浮离心压缩机是一款优秀的节能产品,尤其在高负荷率下性能表现优异。但因低负荷率情况下性能系数略低于磁悬浮离心压缩机,其综合部分负荷性能系数IPLV仍有较大的提升空间。 This paper tested and analysed on the Integrated Part Load Value(IPLV)of air-bearing centrifugal compres⁃sors,aiming to evaluate their energy efficiency under different load conditions.Based on the testing method of JB/T 12843-2016 standard,the performance coefficients of the compressor under different loads were derived through experimental data col⁃lected under various test conditions,the IPLV of the compressor can reach 8.60 kW/kW.This result indicates that the air-bear⁃ing centrifugal compressor is an excellent energy-saving product,especially showing superior performance under high load con⁃ditions.However,as its performance coefficient under low load conditions is lower than that of magnetic-bearing centrifugal compressors,there is still significant room for improvement in its IPLV.
