摘要
肿瘤的早期诊断与微创治疗是目前研究的热点与难点。磁响应性水凝胶由于快速的磁响应、良好的生物相容性以及非侵入性远程致动等特性而在生物医学中具有广阔的应用前景,结合其独有的成像增强、磁导航性、磁热效应等特性,在肿瘤的诊断和治疗中受到了广泛关注。全文总结了磁响应性水凝胶的合成方法,重点介绍磁响应性水凝胶在肿瘤诊断与治疗中的研究和应用进展,并结合3D打印与微纳米机器人等技术对应用前景进行了展望,旨在为磁响应水凝胶在肿瘤方面的应用推广提供思路。
Early diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of cancer are currently hot and challenging research topics.Magnetic responsive hydrogels have broad application prospects in biomedicine due to their fast magnetic response,good biocompatibility,non-invasive remote actuation and other characteristics.Combined with their unique imaging enhancement,magnetic navigation,magnetocaloric effect and other characteristics,they have received extensive attention in cancer diagnosis and treatment.This paper summarizes the synthesis methods of magnetic responsive hydrogels;reviews the research progress on their application in cancer diagnosis and treatment;and discusses the application prospects of this novel material in combination with 3D printing and nanorobot technology,aiming to provide ideas for the application of magnetic responsive hydrogels in cancer diagnosis and treatment.
