互联网医疗支持下新型医养一体化效应——以阿尔茨海默病患者居家康养为例

Effects of New Medical and Elderly Care Integration with the Support of Internet Medical Service:A Case Study of Home—based Care for Patients Suffering Alzheimer’s Disease

在我国人口老龄化背景下,阿尔茨海默病患者的康养问题日益引发社会关注。传统的居家康养方式虽有其优点,但由于缺乏医疗支撑,给患者和家属造成了沉重的负担。互联网医疗的兴起为提高阿尔茨海默病患者居家康养质量提供了新的支持。成都市第八人民医院选取部分患者开展新型医养一体化研究,证实在互联网医疗支持下,医疗机构可整合资源为病患提供个性化服务,充分发挥医疗资源效能,有效改善医患关系,更好的满足社会需求。新型医养一体化已经得到了国家政策和法律层面的肯定,但也面临医疗机构满足病患需求能力不够、医疗机构参与积极性不高和各类经济社会组织参与有限等问题,需要进一步完善。

Against the backdrop of population aging in China,the issue of care for patients suffering Alzheimer’s disease has drawn increasing amount of social attention.While traditional home-based care has its advantages,the absence of medical support has placed a heavy burden on patients and their families.The emergence of internet medical service provides new support for improving the quality of home-based care for patients of Alzheimer’s disease.Studies regarding the integration of new medical and elderly care were conducted in Chengdu Eighth People’s Hospital,confirming that with the support of internet medical services,medical institutions can integrate resources to provide personalized services to patients,fully tap into the efficiency of medical resources,effectively improve doctor-patient relationships,and better meet societal needs.The integration of new medical and elderly care has been recognized in terms of national policy and legislation,but it also faces challenges such as the insufficient capacity of medical institutions to meet patient needs,inadequate participation and enthusiasm of medical institutions,and the limited involvement of various economic and social organizations which require further improvements.
