基于GHM模型的粘弹性约束阻尼火箭撬仪器舱减振仿真研究

摘要 为降低火箭撬仪器舱试验时的振动强度,将粘弹性阻尼模型与有限元软件ANSYS相结合,采用对其内壁敷设粘弹性约束阻尼的方法进行振动抑制,研究不同厚度阻尼层对火箭撬仪器舱不同频段振动的影响。研究结果表明,敷设了粘弹性约束阻尼的仪器舱有明显的振动抑制效果,且不同阻尼层厚度对不同频段的振动抑制效果不同,应结合减振要求选择合适的粘弹性阻尼层厚度。 In order to reduce the vibration intensity of rocket vehicle instrument cabin test,the viscoelastic damping model(GHM model)is combined with the finite element software ANSYS,and the vibration suppression method of viscoelastic constraint damping is applied to its inner wall.The influence of damping layer with different thickness on the vibration of rocket vehicle instrument cabin in different frequency bands is studied.The instrument chamber equipped with viscoelastic restraint damping has obvious vibration suppression effect,and the damping thickness of different damping layers has different vibration suppression effect on different frequency bands,so the appropriate thickness of viscoelastic damping layer should be selected according to the vibration reduction requirements.
