刀具钝化方法对硬质合金铣刀加工钛合金切削性能的影响

摘要 随着切削技术的不断发展,刀具刃口钝化受到重视。为研究不同刀具刃口钝化方法对TC4钛合金铣削性能的影响,采用单因素法对TC4钛合金进行侧铣削试验分析。试验结果表明,刀具刃口钝化可以降低切削加工过程中的切削力和切削温度,提高加工工件表面质量;相比于旋转磨粒流钝化方法,立式旋转钝化方法会产生更大的切削力和切削温度;旋转磨粒流钝化方法能够更好地去除刀具刃口处微小缺陷,提高刀具刃口均匀性和加工表面质量。考虑实际生产需要,选用旋转磨粒流钝化方法能够更好地提高TC4钛合金的铣削性能。 With the continuous development of cutting technology,tool edge passivation technology has been attracted more attention.In order to study the effect of different tool edge passivation methods on the milling performance of TC4 titanium alloy,the single factor test method is used to analyze the side milling test of TC4 titanium alloy.The experimental results show that the tool edge passivation method can reduce the cutting force and cutting temperature during the cutting process,and improve the surface quality of the workpiece.Compared with rotary abrasive flow passivation method,vertical rotary passivation method has greater cutting force and cutting temperature.The rotary abrasive flow passivation method can better remove the small defects at the cutting edge,improve the uniformity of the cutting edge and the quality of the machined surface.Considering the actual production needs,the rotary abrasive flow passivation method can better improve the milling performance of TC4 titanium alloy.
