基于岗位胜任力的中医诊断学教学改革

摘要 目的探究将岗位胜任力引入中医诊断学教学中,将岗位胜任力转变为中医诊断学的教学培养目标的教学改革效果。方法以天津中医药大学中医学院五年制中医学专业一年级学生120人为研究对象,随机分为对照组、实验组,各60人。分别采用传统教学法和案例式学习(CBL)、问题式学习(PBL)、标准化病人(SP)等多种教学方法,比较两组中医诊断学考核成绩、教学方式及效果满意度。结果实验组考核成绩、教学方式及效果满意度均优于对照组。结论以岗位胜任力为目标的教学方法有助于提升学生医学人文素养、医患沟通能力、临床基本能力、团队合作能力、终身学习能力。 Objective To explore the teaching reform effect of introducing post competency into the teaching of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine and transforming post competency into the teaching and training goal of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods One hundred and twenty freshmen majoring in five-year Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine school of Tianjin university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 students in each group.Traditional teaching method,case-based learning(CBL),problem-based learning(PBL),standardized patient(SP)and other teaching methods were used to compare the assessment results,teaching methods and effect satisfaction of the two groups of TCM diagnostics.Results The test scores,teaching methods and effect satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion The teaching method aiming at post competency is helpful to improve students’medical humanistic quality,doctor-patient communication ability,basic clinical ability,teamwork ability and lifelong learning ability.
