摘要
生药学实验课是药学的重要专业课程,该实验课程的教学内容和改革对培养药学人才具有重要作用。此文针对目前生药学实验教学以验证性、重复性教学为主的模式积极开展基于云南特色生药资源的生药学综合性实验教学探索,分别对此教学改革的前期实验能力储备、实验准备、实验过程、实验报告和总结进行论述。此实验教学改革的目的为使学生在掌握生药学基础实验的基础上具备综合能力及科研创新能力。
The pharmacognosy comprehensive experiments should be an important professional course for pharmacy majors.The content of this experimental course plays a crucial role in cultivating qualities of undergraduates.At present,the experimental teaching of pharmacognosy is mainly confirmatory and repetitive.This paper actively explored the comprehensive experimental teaching of pharmacognosy based on Yunnan characteristic crude medicine resources,and discussed the preliminary experimental capacity reserve,experimental preparation,experimental process,experimental report and summary of this teaching reform respectively.The purpose of this experimental teaching reform is to make students have comprehensive ability and scientific research innovation ability on the basis of mastering the basic experiments of pharmacognosy.
