Professor Zhao Shuhua’s Application of Thought of Preventing Disease in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

赵树华教授对于慢性肾衰的治疗具有丰富的经验和独到的见解。他非常重视“治未病”思想的应用,更着眼于慢性肾衰急性加重的诱因如外感、饮食失节、劳倦过度等,将治未病思想贯穿于慢性肾衰诊治的全程,提出预防外感引起肾衰加重的三法,即平素扶助正气、感邪内外兼顾、邪盛预防传变;提出饮食失节损伤肾脏,主张疾病初期行气化积导滞,晚期健脾清湿痰瘀;防治劳倦失度主张气血、脏腑双补,避免劳倦内伤导致慢性肾衰进展。此文旨在结合赵树华教授治疗慢性肾衰外感的医案、经验等,深入总结,从而帮助临床有效延缓慢性肾衰进程,为中医治疗提供更丰富的理论基础。

Professor Zhao Shuhua has rich experience and unique insights in the treatment of chronic renal failure.He attaches great importance to the application of preventing disease thought in the whole course of the disease,and focuses on the causes of acute exacerbation of chronic renal failure,such as external sensation,dietary misconduct,overstrain and so on.The thought of preventing disease was carried through the whole process of the diagnosis and treatment of chronic renal failure,and three methods were proposed to prevent the aggravation of renal failure caused by external sensation which are the normal support of healthy qi,internal and external consideration of the sense of pathogenic factors,and prevention of transmission of excessive pathogenic qi.In the prevention and treatment of kidney injury caused by dietary misconduct,it is suggested that the early stage should be circulating qi,transforming masses and eliminating stasis,and later stage should be strengthening spleen and clearing dampness,phlegm and stasis.In the process of prevention and treatment of internal injury caused by overstrain,qi and blood,zang-fu organs should be supplemented to avoid the progress of chronic renal failure.This article aims to make an in-depth summary of Professor Zhao Shuhua’s medical records and experience in the treatment of chronic renal failure,so as to effectively delay the process of chronic renal failure and provide a richer theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic renal failure in traditional Chinese medicine.
