Differentiation and Analysis of Blood Stagnation Causes Water Retention Based on Theory of Sanjiao and Meridian

“血不利则为水”出自《金匮要略》,明确指出了血不利是水病的重要致病因素,是对津液和营血病理关系的高度凝练。作者通过对比古今医家对此理论的认识,发现诸多医家注重强调血、水生理上的相互生化及病理上的互为因果缠绵,忽略了血不利的发生机制和水为病所生“痰、饮、湿、瘀”的演变,导致临床运用调血利水之法诊治水气病存在局限性。王俊峰教授的“焦络理论”认为“三焦不通百病根,肾水不足相火生,玄府经络气血畅,邪去正安阴阳衡”,从此观点辨析血不利则为水的生理病理渊源,为经典理论的当代研究提供参考,拓展水气病治疗思路和中医辨治疾病的切入点。

The theory of blood stagnation causes water retention comes from the Jingui Yaolue,which clearly points out that blood stagnation,is an important pathogenic factor of water disease and a high degree of condensation of the pathological relationship between body fluid and Ying-nutrient blood.By comparing the understanding of this theory between ancient and modern doctors,it is found that many doctors pay attention to the mutual biochemical and pathological intertwining of blood and water in physiology and pathology,ignoring the mechanism of blood stagnation and the evolution of phlegm,drinking,dampness and stasis caused by water disease,which leads to the imitation of clinical application of the method of regulating blood and draining water in the diagnosis and treatment of water retention disease.Professor Wang Junfeng’s theory of Sanjiao and meridian holds that Sanjiao stagnation is the root of all diseases,kidney water deficiency leads to ministerial fire,mysterious mansion and meridians regulate qi and blood,pathogen elimination and healthy qi reinforcement balances yin-yang.From this point of view,the author intends to distinguish and analyze the physiological and pathological origin of blood stagnation causes water retention,aims to provide reference for the contemporary research of classical theory,and to expand the thinking of water retention disease treatment and the breakthrough point of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.
